the next generation
future calling. future dream. the future…
things are slowly piecing together.
and my 2013 conviction is that GOD is preparing me, equipping me for the next generation… (as I learn how to minister and serve through THIS generation).
I’m re-visiting a book called “The Making of a Leader” by Robert Clinton and I was reminded again that GOD has a certain process in developing a leader for maximum use. There is a time and season when we are fully developed and really used for GOD and His Kingdom. In the book, it’s phase 4. And basically phases 1-3 are the developmental stages… you are “becoming” until you are ready to impact others to also “become.”
Right now, I am somewhere between phases 2-3… and I foresee going into phase 4 YEARS later…
Which at the end of the day, helps me to be patient and also makes some decisions very clear for my life :)
